Sending to the EU.
We are still sending parcels to EU countries and more couriers are opening up their services as things settle down. We now charge a zero rate of VAT on orders being delivered to the EU and there are no tariffs for goods originating in the UK . However, EU countries are applying their own rate of VAT before a parcel is delivered and in addition, the courier company may charge an admin fee.
We have been warned by a customer in The Netherlands that he was charged 21 Euros for an order with a value of £25. We have no way of calculating what charges you may incur as VAT rates vary by country. It is best that you check with your own country’s customs website for information before placing an order.
