We ship all over the world. If your country is not listed when you place an order, please email us through the contact page and we will set it up. Orders shipped outside of the UK are VAT free. You are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes.
From 1 July 2021, orders to the EU are sent by us ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)’. You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country we are delivering to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
Orders over £100 to UK addresses are sent free of charge by Royal Mail First Class Signed for (or equivalent service). Orders over £125 to Europe and £150 to the rest of the world are send free of charge using Signed for Royal Mail International services or equivalent. Royal Mail standard first and second class services are not tracked. If you select a tracked services, Royal Mail does not automatically pass the tracking number back to our website to email to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us and we will email you the tracking number.
We post out at least three times a week.
The delivery cost is calculated by the system based on the weight of the socks, plus a bit extra for packaging. If you want to calculate it yourself, the weight is shown on each product description. You can always contact us to find out what it will be.
The services we can offer depend on the destination.
UK
- Royal Mail 1st class Signed-for. Most orders are delivered the day after it is received by the Post Office. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products plus packaging. We have to charge VAT on this service.
- Royal Mail 1st class, not signed-for. Most orders are delivered the day after it is received by the Post Office. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products. We have to charge VAT on this. This service is not tracked.
- Royal Mail 2nd class. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products. We have to charge VAT on this. This service is not tracked.
- Order online and collect from our shop in Frome, Somerset during opening hours. This enables local customers to take advantage of web-only offers.
Europe
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, 3-5 working days. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products.
- Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked), 3-5 working days. We have temporarily suspended use of this service following Brexit. If you use this service, we cannot take responsibly for parcels which go astray. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting and will report the loss, but we will not send out replacement goods. The compensation is a maximum of £20. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the products.
World Zone 1 (Canada, South America, Africa and Asia) and World Zone 3 (USA)
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, 5-7 working days. The cost is calculated from the weight of the products. There is no VAT (Value Added Tax) on these prices.
- Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked), 5-7 working days. . If you use this service, we cannot take responsibly for parcels which go astray. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting and will report the loss, but we will not send out replacement goods. The compensation is a maximum of £20. World Zone 2 (Australia, New Zealand and Singapore)
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, 5-7 working days. The cost is calculated from the weight of the products. There is no VAT (Value Added Tax) on these prices.
- Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked), 5-7 working days. . If you use this service, we cannot take responsibly for parcels which go astray. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting and will report the loss, but we will not send out replacement goods. The compensation is a maximum of £20. Returns
If you wish to return a product for exchange or refund, please send it back to us, unworn and with its original packaging with details of where and how it was purchased, within 28 days of receiving your order. We will refund the cost of your original purchase excluding the delivery charge, when we receive the goods. This will generally be refunded in the same manner that you paid us.
If you find an issue with the quality of the socks such as a manufacturing defect, please contact us through the contact form or phone. We will then agree with you how to resolve the issue.
