Purchase a printed gift voucher which may be redeemed online at Arbon Socks or Town End Yarns, over the phone, or in person at Woollen, our shop in Frome, Somerset.
We will send the voucher directly to the recipient in a greetings card or back to you. The vouchers may be purchased online in multiples of £5, £10 and £20. If the recipient doesn’t spend the full amount, we send out a new voucher for the balance. The vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.
If you would like a greetings card, please specify the occasion and any message in the notes section when you place the order.

Purchase a printed gift voucher this Christmas. Our voucher can be redeemed online at Arbon Socks or Town End Yarns, over the phone, or in person at Woollen, our shop in Frome, Somerset.
We will send the voucher directly to the recipient in a greetings card or back to you. You can purchase our vouchers online in multiples of £5, £10 and £20. If the recipient doesn’t spend the full amount, we send out a new voucher for the balance. The vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.
For a greetings card, firstly specify the occasion. Secondly, when you place the order, add the message you want in the greetings card in the notes section of the online order form.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return unwanted items, please post them back to us, unworn, and with their original packaging within 28 days. Please include details of your original order or where you purchased the item. We can only refund or exchange items purchased directly from us.
We will refund the cost of your original purchase (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the goods. You may want to send the items by tracked and/or Signed-for service as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.
